1.The whole stainless steel column, mobile framework, 4-6 or more covers of the reaction kettle, with full set of glass parts for reflux, adding liquid, temperature measurement, and so on.

Process Flow
Batch Process:
- Feed Preparation: In a preparation tank, mix animal or veggie fat with methanol and a catalyst.
- Treatment with ultrasonic waves: pump the liquid through a product flow cell.
- Finishing the reaction: Hold for a short time in the living room (5–15 minutes).
- Phase Separation: The biofuel and glycerol easily separate in the settling tank after being moved there.
- Cleaning up → Clean the biofuel layer to get rid of any leftover catalyst and glycerol.
- Quality Testing: Make sure the product meets the requirements of ASTM D6751 or EN 14214
Process of Continuous Flow:
- Set up the reactor in line for steady-state output.
- Increase capacity by connecting several ultrasound devices in a row.
- Throughput can range from 500L/h to 50 tons/h, based on how it is set up.
- Automatic tracking and feedback control will help you keep the standard high.

Options for Integrated Modules:
- For perfect temperature control, use with heating and cooling clothing.
- To get back the methanol, add vacuum distilling.
