Working Principle

A strong but managed process called acoustic cavitation changes your materials.

High-frequency ultrasonic waves move through fluids and cause cycles of compression and rarefaction. Little bubbles form and grow quickly during rarefaction. These bubbles burst fiercely within milliseconds, creating areas with temperatures over 5,000°C and pressures over 1,000 atmospheres.

Extreme conditions like these make strong shear forces that break molecule bonds and separate particles. In the end? Even smaller particles, better mixing at the molecular level, and faster chemical reactions—all of this can be done without heating your product in large amounts.
