The continuous flow ultrasonic reactor from Xi'an Bioland Instrument provides high-quality acoustic cavitation processes for chemical, medicinal, and biotechnology uses. In either a single-pass or recirculating setup, our device forces your whole product stream through a small cavitation zone. This makes sure that each flowing part gets the same amount of specific energy. When the PDI is less than 0.2, the particle size consistently decreases, and reaction times are cut in half. Our reactor lowers the working temperature by 20–30°C to protect chemicals that are sensitive to heat. It works at a frequency of 20–30kHz and has ultrasonic power that can be adjusted from 250W to 4000W. The system is made of high-borosilicate glass or SUS316L and has titanium metal needles. Product Description
continuous flow ultrasonic reactor is an instrument for ultrasonic treatment of substances by using the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in liquid. It is composed of ultrasonic generator, transducer, amplifier rod and reaction kettle body. The generator produces high-frequency electrical signals, the transducer converts the electrical signals into mechanical vibration, the amplifier rod amplifies the vibration amplitude, the reaction kettle body holds the material, and through the coordinated work of these parts, it realizes the processing of the material's crushing, emulsifying and separating.

Working Principle
A positive displacement pump brings your feed material into the reactor. A titanium alloy sonotrode vibrates at a high frequency inside a small cylinder as the liquid passes through it.
Electrical energy is changed into mechanical movements by piezoelectric sensors. These movements make waves in the liquid that go back and forth between high and low pressure.
During rounds of low pressure, tiny bubbles of vacuum form. This rapid breakdown of these bubbles during periods of high pressure is called acoustic cavitation.
When bubbles implode, they create areas with temperatures of up to thousands of degrees and very strong compression forces. These tiny blasts separate groups of particles, damage cell walls, and speed up chemical processes.
Continuous flow ultrasonic reactor makes sure that every millilitre gets the same amount of energy, unlike batch processing where strength changes depending on how far away the probe is. This gives you consistent product quality that you can use again and again.
