Working Principle
Our stevia extraction machine employs multi-stage unit operations for superior glycoside purity.
Phase 1: Cell Disruption
Plant cell walls are broken down by ultrasonic extraction. This speeds up the release of steviol glycosides while reducing damage from heat.
Phase 2: Solvent Extraction
A controlled blend of water and ethanol flows through stevia leaves that have been made. The method keeps the temperature and pressure just right for the best breakdown.
Phase 3: Filtration & Clarification

Phase 4: Resin Adsorption

Phase 5: Concentration
