Working Principle
The controlled mass transfer processes in our plant extraction equipment make it possible to separate bioactive compounds while reducing thermal degradation to a minimum.
When raw plant material goes into the extraction room, the process starts. Ultrasound waves (UAE mode) make cavitation bubbles that break down cell walls and release chemicals inside the cells into the solvent. Accurate temperature control keeps the best conditions for extraction going at the same time without hurting molecules that are sensitive to heat.
The chemicals that dissolve then go through our high-tech cleaning system, which gets rid of the particles but keeps the active ingredients. Our setup with two condensers efficiently gets the liquid back by condensing the vapours at two different temperature levels. This gets both the light and heavy parts.
Sensors constantly check the flow rates, pressure, and temperature while the machine is running. The extra PLC system changes settings automatically to keep things the same between batches, so there is no room for mistake and results can be repeated.

Process Flow
Stage 1: Material Preparation
You put plant material that has already been processed into the extraction tube. The best fluid penetration is achieved when the size and moisture level are just right.
Stage 2: Extraction Phase

A hot liquid is pumped through the material bed by the device. Ultrasonic energy speeds up the breakdown of target molecules. This step usually takes 24 to 40 minutes to finish.
Stage 3: Separation & Filtration
The rough liquid goes through fine screens that get rid of solids. The answer that has been made clear goes on to the concentration stage.
Stage 4: Concentration

Low-temperature vacuum evaporation gets rid of extra solvents while keeping chemicals that are sensitive to heat. The concentration meets the requirements.
Stage 5: Solvent Recovery
Our dual-condenser method recovers 90–98% of the liquid so that it can be used again. This cuts down on costs and damage to the environment by a huge amount.
Stage 6: Final Product Collection
Before being automatically poured into collection jars, the concentrated extract goes through one last round of quality checks.
