Working Principle

A sophisticated thermodynamic control system powers your 100 litre glass reactor. The exterior jacket circulates heating or cooling fluids while the core vessel retains your reaction media. This design reduces essential exothermic reaction thermal lag.

The variable-frequency motor powers your anchor, paddle, or turbine stirring arrangement, guaranteeing homogenous mixing with high-viscosity materials. Down to 0.098 MPa, PTFE seals ensure vacuum integrity for low-temperature distillation and solvent recovery.

Temperature sensors supply the control system real-time data. Program accurate temperature ramps to prevent glass stress fractures and preserve reaction kinetics. Visual input from the transparent structure lets you alter settings based on process observation rather than blind monitoring.
