The automated chemical reactor from Xi'an Bioland Instrument blends cutting edge control technology with strong engineering to provide precise synthesis solutions for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnological fields. Our systems have GG17 borosilicate glass tanks that allow full visual tracking, temperature control from -80°C to 200°C, and motors that are double-sealed to prevent sparks. We have been making things for more than 15 years and can combine PLC automation, real-time parameter change, and the ability to add on modules. The clear design lets you see the response happening all the time while still following GMP guidelines. In one uniform system, our reactors can do many things, such as reaction, distillation, extraction, and vacuum processing.

Working Principle

Feedback control loops are implemented into the system. Temperature, pressure, and pH are among the vital characteristics that in-situ sensors continually detect. The PLC controller receives this real-time data and compares the current values with the setpoints of your programmed recipe.

Automated Chemical Reactor

The controller immediately modifies peripheral devices when deviations take place. For instance, if an exothermic reaction raises the temperature, the system either lowers the reagent dosing rate or increases coolant flow through the jacket. Tight process control is maintained by this dynamic reaction without the need for human involvement.

While sensors record quantitative data, you may see phase transitions, precipitate development, or colour variations in the clear glass jar. By ensuring even mixing without shaft penetration, magnetic stirring reduces the possibility of leaks.

The system uses vacuum pumps, cold traps, and distillation condensers to precisely manage pressure during vacuum operations. Complex sequences, such as heating, holding, cooling, and solvent recovery, may be programmed, and the automated chemical reactor will automatically carry them out with consistent precision.
