Working Principle
Your nutsche filter reactor works in four stages that are all connected to each other:
1. Reaction Phase
What's inside the sealed box is charged. The heating jacket and stirrer make sure that the warmth and mixing are just right. Ultrasonic units that can be added speed up reactions and crystals.
2. Filtration Phase
The liquid moves through the PTFE sandcore filter plate with the help of pressure or vacuum. Solids build up on top of the filter and form a cake. Filtrate then leaves through the bottom valve. The protected device keeps contaminants out and keeps operators safe.
