Working Principle
Our crystallization machine works by using the idea of controlled supersaturation. Simply follow these steps:
In the first step, making the solution, you dissolve the crude CBD oil in pentane or heptane, which are non-polar liquids, at high temperatures. The jacket heating system keeps the temperature evenly spread so that complete breakdown happens.
Step 2: Controlled Cooling: The jacket ventilation system starts cooling steps that have been pre-programmed. When the temperature drops, the solution moves into the metastable zone, which is where CBD bioavailability starts to drop. It keeps things uniform without messing up the nuclei that are forming because of the low-shear swirling method.
Stage 3: Nucleation and Growth: When CBD molecules reach a certain level of supersaturation, they start to make crystal lattices. Since the temperature is carefully controlled, there is no "crashing," which traps impurities. Large crystals with perfect geometry are made by controlled, slow growing.
Step 4: Harvesting: The PTFE sandcore filter removes the crystals from the mother liquor once crystallization is done. There is no product loss because of the flush-bottom release valve. The condenser port lets the recovered liquid go back into your system.
