Working Principle
Solid-phase synthesis is done automatically by the synthesizer, which uses repetitive chemical processes on insoluble resin supports. The process starts with adding the resin to the reaction tank. Next, chemicals like piperidine are used to deprotect the resin automatically. The method sends active amino acids or nucleotides for coupling reactions after thorough washing cycles.
