Why Choose Our Chemical Synthesis Reactor?
You demand equipment that surpasses operating standards and meets requirements. Our solutions are trusted by top pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech companies:
Certified Excellence & Safety
Your safety is our main goal. Our reactors meet standards around the world thanks to their CE, ISO, UL, and SGS approvals. When working with dangerous solvents, ATEX-compliant explosion-proof systems keep your buildings safe, and high-strength pressure-bearing structures lower the risks of operation.

Unmatched Temperature Precision
PID clever temperature control makes sure that the reaction rates are exact to within 0.1°C. Response heating/cooling jackets allow quick changes in temperature for both low-temperature synthesis and high-temperature polymerization over a large temperature range (-80°C to 250°C).
Superior Chemical Compatibility
The high-borosilicate glass (G3.3) or stainless steel 316L/Hastelloy design of the reactors protects your valuable items from acids, alkalis, and chemical solvents. Chemical inertness can be improved with optional titanium filter elements and PTFE parts.
Full Process Visualization
Transparent reactor bodies allow real-time crystallization, phase separation, and reaction monitoring. You can improve settings and spot issues before they harm yield using this visibility.

Modular Integration & Customization
Understand that no two procedures are alike. Our systems include ultrasonic crystallization, vacuum distillation, and multi-stage filtration. Want particular measurements, stirring configurations, or automation? Our in-house R&D team customizes OEM/ODM solutions to your process in 30 days.
German-Quality Components
Dependability and low maintenance are assured by imported seals and variable-frequency stirring mechanisms. In hazardous or sterile applications, our magnetic drives avoid shaft penetration for zero-leakage performance.
Cost-Effective Direct Pricing
A factory-direct manufacturer, we eliminate intermediaries and provide lower prices without sacrificing quality. This facilitates pilot-scale and R&D spending.
Comprehensive Support
We update you on manufacturing with weekly photo/video updates and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before shipment. Your reactor will work well for years with our one-year guarantee and lifelong maintenance.

Working Principle
Temperature, pressure, and agitation are adjusted in the reactor to change reactants.
The jacketed heat exchange system circulates thermal fluids around the reactor vessel. Saving exothermic processes from thermal runaway, cooling fluid absorbs heat. Heating fluids provide energy and consistent temperature for endothermic processes.
Agitation Mechanism: The stirring method improves homogenous mixing and mass transfer between phases. Variable-speed motors modify mixing intensity as viscosity changes during the reaction cycle.
Pressure Management: The sealed system can hydrogenate or recover solvents with decreased boiling points under vacuum or positive pressure. Pressure sensors automatically maintain setpoints using control systems.
Filtration Integration: After reaction completion, the integrated filter separates particles from liquids without transferring ingredients, decreasing contamination and processing time.

Application Fields
Different fields that need fine molecular control use our chemical synthesis reactor:
In pharmaceutical manufacturing, we make APIs, work on developing peptide drugs (like thymic peptides and antibacterial peptides), crystallize intermediates, and do hydrogenation processes in a GMP environment.
Specialty chemical synthesis, dye intermediates, pesticide formulas, and catalyst preparation are all examples of fine chemical production that need controlled reaction conditions.
Polymer and New Materials: making polyurethane, silicone, and resins, as well as developing new materials through high-viscosity polymerization.
In botanical extraction, natural products are separated, essential oils are distilled, CBD is extracted and decarboxylated, and plant concentrates are made.
In research and development, process improvement is done in university labs, test plants, and innovation centres before the product is made on a large scale.
Chemicals for cosmetics: making active chemicals, emulsification methods, and formulating new products in a controlled environment.
Quality Certification
Our building mindset is based on quality security. A thorough check is done on every reactor:
Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing proves that the types of steel and borosilicate meet the design standards.
A helium mass analyzer and hydrostatic tests at 1.5 times the design pressure make sure that the structure is solid and that the vacuum works well.
Top Quality: Checking the interior roughness (Ra < 0.4μm) makes cleaning easier and stops dirt from building up.
Performance Validation: Before shipped, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) check the rates of heating and cooling, the agitator's performance under load, and the control system's ability to work.
For European markets, our goods have the CE marking, and for pharmaceutical uses, they meet GMP/FDA design guidelines. Our sites also have ISO9001 quality control systems.
FAQ
Q: What vessel material should I choose for my application?
A: Glass reactors offer excellent visibility and chemical resistance for most applications. Choose stainless steel 316L for high-pressure operations or Hastelloy for exceptionally corrosive conditions. We'll help you select based on your specific chemicals and process parameters.
Q: Can you handle high-viscosity reactions?
A: Absolutely. We design stirring systems with appropriate impeller types (anchor, helical ribbon) and high-torque motors for viscosities up to 500,000 cP, ensuring effective mixing throughout your reaction cycle.
Q: How quickly can you deliver customized equipment?
A: Customized reactors typically require 30 business days. Standard configurations ship within 5-7 days. We'll provide weekly progress updates with photos or videos throughout production.
Q: Do you offer installation and training support?
A: Yes. We provide detailed operation manuals, video guidance, and can arrange on-site installation assistance and operator training based on your requirements.
Q: What warranty coverage do you provide?
