Glass Reactor System – Professional Laboratory & Production Solution
For pharmaceutical, chemistry, and study uses, Xi'an Bioland Instrument's glass reactor system works perfectly thanks to its precise engineering. We've been making systems for more than 15 years, and they are made of GG17 borosilicate glass, which is very resistant to chemicals and lets you see the whole process. Our jacketed reactors can be heated or cooled to temperatures between -80°C and 200°C and can keep the pressure below -0.098 MPa so that distillation and synthesis can work well. Each item has a PTFE mechanical seal, frequency-conversion moving motors, and the ability to expand in modules. Our products are certified by CE, ISO, UL, ATEX, and IEC, which means they meet GMP and FDA standards. We also have an in-house research and development team that can make special engineering solutions for your business needs.

Working Principle
Your glass reactor system uses integrated heat and vacuum management. It works:
- Heat is transferred to the reaction vessel by thermal circulation in the jacket. Double layers guarantee constant temperature and fast reaction.
- An evacuated headspace lowers solvent boiling points for gentle distillation and prevents oxidation-sensitive reactions.
- PTFE-sealed anchor, paddle, or turbine agitators are driven by a frequency-conversion motor to mix high-viscosity materials homogeneously.
- Reflux or distillation condensers on top ports recycle solvents or collect distillates, while a receiving flask collects condensed liquids.
- Transparent borosilicate glass allows real-time colour changes, phase separation, and precipitation visualization, enhancing repeatability and safety.
This combo eliminates metal reactors' "black box" constraint and lets you regulate exothermic reactions and multi-step syntheses.

Why Choose Us?
Proven Manufacturing Excellence
We've been selling chemical process tools for more than 15 years and have helped labs and factories in Europe, Southeast Asia, and other places. Our range of the products shows that we know a lot about the industry and are very good at engineering.
Complete Quality Assurance
Each unit has certificates from CE, ISO, UL, and SGS. We put your equipment through tough 12-hour pressure hold tests and thermal shock models to make sure it can handle the demands of real-world operations.

Full Customization Capability
Our R&D team creates custom solutions, such as systems that are safe from explosions and change the size and shape of the vessels and jackets. We can adapt to your process, whether you need anchor stirrers for media with a high viscosity or distillation columns that are built in.
Transparent Production Tracking
A specialist checks on your order once a week and sends you photos and videos to keep you up to date. Before we ship, we do Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at our site to make sure you are happy with the product.

Rapid Turnaround & Global Logistics
Most models are shipped in 5–7 days, while special builds take 30 business days. We help with freight by sea, train, and air, and we offer a one-year warranty and upkeep for life.
One-Stop Process Integration
We build full production lines that make your work easier from synthesis to cleaning by combining tools for extraction, filtration, crystallization, vacuum distillation, and drying.

FAQ
Q: What vacuum level can your system maintain?
A: Our reactors achieve ≤−0.098 MPa and hold vacuum for over 12 hours, thanks to precision PTFE seals and quality glass joints.
Q: How do I prevent thermal shock to the glass?
A: Always ramp temperature gradually. Avoid sudden changes exceeding 50°C (Delta T). Our PID controllers enable smooth heating/cooling curves.
Q: Can you handle high-viscosity materials?
A: Yes. We offer high-torque motors and anchor-style impellers for media up to 50,000 cps. Specify your viscosity range when ordering.
Q: Is customization available for non-standard volumes?
A: Absolutely. We design reactors from 1L to 200L+, plus custom jacket configurations, port arrangements, and automation packages.
Q: Do your systems meet pharmaceutical cGMP standards?
A: Yes. We provide zero-dead-volume PTFE valves, CIP compatibility, and full documentation for validation and compliance.
Q: What's the lead time for a custom order?
A: Custom projects typically require 30 business days. Standard models ship in 5–7 days.
