Solid Liquid Extraction Equipment - Professional Industrial Solution Provider
For botanical, pharmaceutical, and food processing uses, Xi'an Bioland Instrument Co., Ltd. makes cutting-edge solid liquid extraction equipment. Our extraction systems get up to 500% better yields than old-fashioned ways. We have more than 15 years of experience in the field. Our equipment has quick working cycles of 24 to 40 minutes, PLC computer control, and a safety design that prevents explosions. Our solutions are made from 316 stainless steel that meets GMP standards and come with CE and ISO certifications. They can be used for multiple extraction methods, such as hot reflux, ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE), and organic solvent extraction at controlled temperatures between 40°C and 60°C to protect compounds that are sensitive to heat.

Product Description
We can help you with important production problems with our industrial extraction tools. The old ways of doing things lose time and chemicals and don't always work.
You get tools that blend several extraction methods into a single platform. The system that uses sound waves to break down cell walls works well. Hot acid extraction gets the most solutes back. Aromatic oil separation keeps flammable chemicals from being lost.
With an accuracy of ±1°C, the temperature can be controlled from room temperature to 120°C. You can work with batches that are 50L to 5000L in size. The closed-loop system keeps the liquid from evaporating and getting dirty.
The easy-to-use PLC touchscreen display will be great for your workers. Keeping recipes lets you make batches over and over with just one touch. Downtime between production runs is cut down by automated CIP cleaning processes.
Because it is built in modules, you can add more condensers, liquid recovery units, or automatic discharge systems as your needs change.

Why Choose Us?
Proven Performance Metrics
You get tools that cut the time it takes to remove by more than 65%. Depending on the raw materials you use, your return can go up by 50% to 500%. Compared to regular systems, this one uses 30 to 40 percent less energy.
Comprehensive Certification
The factory where we make things has ISO 9001, CE, and GMP compliance certificates. Each and every pressure tank is up to ASME standards. For areas that come into touch with food, the materials meet FDA 21 CFR Part 177.

Working Principle
The system operates through controlled mass transfer between solid and liquid phases.
Your raw material enters the extraction vessel where solvent surrounds the particles. Ultrasonic waves create microscopic cavitation bubbles that collapse violently. This disrupts cell membranes and accelerates diffusion.
Gentle agitation maintains suspension without damaging delicate structures. Temperature regulation optimizes solubility while protecting thermolabile compounds.
The miscella (solute-rich liquid) flows through precision filters. Solid residue separates cleanly with minimal solvent retention.
Extracted solution moves to the concentration stage. Vacuum evaporation recovers solvent at low temperatures. Condensers capture vapors and return them to holding tanks for reuse.
The entire process runs under automated control. Sensors monitor temperature, pressure, flow rate, and concentration continuously. Safety interlocks prevent operation outside safe parameters.

Process Flow
Stage 1: Material Preparation
You load pre-treated raw materials (ground, flaked, or whole) into the feed hopper. The system measures the precise solvent-to-material ratio based on your recipe.
Stage 2: Extraction Cycle
Fresh solvent enters the extraction vessel. Ultrasonic generators activate. Temperature reaches setpoint. Agitator maintains uniform distribution. Timer controls residence time from 24-40 minutes depending on your product.
Stage 3: Separation
Miscella drains through bottom valves into filtration units. Pressure differential pushes liquid through filter media rated to 1-5 microns. Solid marc remains for secondary extraction or disposal.

Stage 4: Concentration
Filtered miscella transfers to evaporation vessels. Vacuum reduces boiling point. Heating jacket supplies controlled energy. Target concentration reached in 2-4 hours.
Stage 5: Solvent Recovery
Vapors pass through condensers. Cooled solvent collects in recovery tanks. Purity testing ensures quality before reuse. Recovery efficiency exceeds 95%, reducing your operational costs significantly.
Stage 6: Product Collection
Concentrated extract discharges to collection vessels. Further processing (crystallization, spray drying, freeze drying) can integrate directly with our solid liquid extraction equipment.
Application Fields
Botanical & Herbal Processing
Chinese herbs, medical plants, and aromatics are used to get active chemicals. Our ability to work at low temperatures protects volatile oils and chemicals that are easily damaged. Uses include making ginseng, rhodiola, ginkgo biloba, and essential oils.
Pharmaceutical Industry
To get APIs from natural sources, you need equipment that meets GMP standards. For cannabis isolation, artemisinin extraction, and alkaloid recovery, you get purity that is good enough for medicinal use. Batch tracking meets the needs of regulators.
Food & Beverage Manufacturing
You can get natural colourants, flavour molecules, and useful ingredients. To make turmeric extracts, capsaicin from peppers, stevia glycosides, and anthocyanins from plants, you need to process curcumin. All things that come into touch with food are safe.
Nutraceutical & Cosmetic Production
Bioactive chemicals of high value for vitamins and skin care. Get the plant proteins, tannins, peptides, and carbohydrates out of the plant. Your goods keep their potency and set them apart in the market.
Oleochemical & Biodiesel
Getting seed oil from crops like sunflower, rapeseed, soybeans, and others. The tools can do everything from preparing oilseeds to recovering fuel oil. Operations can be profitable with solvent recycling methods.
