Working Principle
The thermodynamic separation of volatile chemicals from plant matrices is how our herbal distillation equipment works. The method makes controlled steam that gets into plant cells and releases fragrance molecules and essential oils.
In steam distilling mode, dry steam moves through the herb box that has your plants in it. Volatile chemicals are carried up by the vapour into the condensation chamber.
Herbs stay buried in hot water during hydro-distillation, which is great for processing roots, leaves, and powdered materials.
Vapour quickly turns back into liquid with the help of the multi-stage condenser. Our improved vapour retention time and condensation gradient design protect terpenes that are sensitive to heat while increasing recovery efficiency.
Essential oils and hydrosols are automatically separated by the divider based on changes in density. During the extraction stage, this closed-loop method reduces the chances of oxidation and contamination.

Process Flow
Step 1: Material Loading
Load your botanical raw materials into the extraction chamber through the top-mounted access port. The spacious platform design simplifies handling for batch operations.
Step 2: System Initialization
The control screen lets you set the temperature and pressure you want to reach. PLC-automated systems allow recipe storage for repeatable production.
Step 3: Heat Application
Whether you use electricity or steam to heat the water, it gets to the right temperature for extraction. Intelligent monitors make sure that the temperature stays the same.
Step 4: Steam Generation & Extraction
Controlled steam flows through the plant matter to remove flammable chemicals. Full-process display views let you see how the extraction is going right now.
Step 5: Vapor Condensation
As the vapours rise, they enter the multi-stage condensation system. There, cold water quickly turns them back into liquids.
Step 6: Phase Separation
Changes in specific gravity tell the splitter to separate the essential oils from the water in the hydrosol and collect each part separately.
Step 7: Collection & Discharge
Use special outlet valves to collect the goods you've removed. The automatic discharge device makes it easier to clean between runs.
