Working Principle
How Your Cinnamon Oil Gets Extracted:
The thermodynamics of our machine help it carefully separate volatile chemicals from plant matter without hurting the delicate aromatic molecules.
Steam Distillation Process:
As steam moves through baskets with holes in them, they pick up cinnamon bark or leaves. Plant cell walls are broken by the heat, letting out chemicals that make essential oils. The oil and steam mix rises to a high-efficiency condenser, where cold water quickly turns it back into a liquid.
The Critical Difference:
Our specialist oil separator can handle the heavier-than-water density of cinnamon oil, which isn't possible with regular essential oil tools. The oil gathers at the bottom of the filter, and the hydrosol flows back through the system. This keeps the product from going to waste, which happens with other systems.

Process Flow
Your Step-by-Step Extraction Journey:
Step 1: Put dried cinnamon bark chips or crushed leaves into the pan made of stainless steel. Between 5 and 10 mm is the best grain size for letting the most steam in.
Step 2: Put the system together by starting the cooking process and closing the tank. Our product's jacketed shape spreads heat out evenly, stopping hot spots.
Step 3: The water in the room at the bottom turns into steam, which rises through the plant matter through controlled pressure
Step 4: This is to extract the vapour. Oily steam moves through wires that connect to the condenser unit.
Step 5: When cold water flows through the condenser at 15 to 20°C, it turns the vapours back into liquid.
Step 6: The condensate is put into our special florentine flask, and the cinnamon oil falls to the bottom, where it can be gathered.
Step 7: Drain the pure cinnamon oil through the bottom valve. You can restore or gather hydrosol for secondary goods.
Step 8: Post-Processing: Filter the oil that has been collected through 200-mesh screens before putting it away in amber glass boxes.

A: Sure thing. Because bark is so thick, it takes longer to remove (4-6 hours) and more steam pressure. Leaves give off eugenol more quickly (2–3 hours). With our changeable frequency drives, you can change the settings for each type of material.
Q: How do you prevent material from burning during extraction?
A: Insulated indirect heating is what we use instead of direct fire. Through the outer jacket, steam or thermal oil flows, making sure that heat is transferred gently and evenly. This stops the oil from burning and keeps its quality.
