The electric heating mixing tank from Xi'an Bioland Instrument provides high-quality thermal processes for making drugs, food, and chemicals. This GMP-compliant tank is made of clean SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel and has an inner surface finish of 0.4μm. It has 3-60kW electric resistance heating and jacketed thermal oil circulation, which makes it possible to keep the temperature within ±1°C for 50–5000L capacities. 95% heat efficiency, VFD-controlled agitation (15–2800 RPM), and explosion-proof ATEX setups all help your production. Designs that can be changed can work with working pressures between 0.09 MPa and 0.6 MPa and temperatures between -20°C and 250°C. The building is ISO/CE approved, which means it won't rust and can work in a sealed environment for lab to pilot-scale uses.
