The decarboxylation reactor at Xi'an Bioland is a high-tech industrial-grade heat processing tank that was made to precisely activate molecules. Through controlled heat and vacuum conditions, our technology changes acidic compounds into their neutral forms. The reactor can hold between 10L and 500L of liquid and can keep the temperature within ±1°C of 80°C to 160°C. The jacketed design spreads heat evenly, and high-torque motion can handle viscosities of up to 100,000 cPs. It is made of SS316L and has an internal finish that is less than 0.4µm. This keeps it from oxidizing in situations of low pressure (<10 mbar). This machine changes raw plant extracts and drug intermediates in a way that can be repeated. It does this by getting rid of temperature differences and safely controlling CO2 off-gassing.
