The vacuum distillation reactor from Xi'an Bioland Instrument is designed to precisely separate and clean chemicals that are sensitive to heat while under low pressure. Our reactors work at pressure levels of less than 1 mbar, which lowers boiling points by 50–80°C to protect materials that are easily damaged by heat. These systems are made from SUS316L stainless steel or Hastelloy and have magnetic connection drives that allow them to work with no leaks. They can also be controlled at temperatures between -80°C and 250°C. With more than 15 years of experience making things, we can give you GMP-compliant tools with leak rates below 1×10⁺⁷ mbar·L/s. Each unit goes through strict helium leak detection and FAT testing to make sure it works reliably for making medicinal APIs, extracting essential oils, and breaking down polymers.
