Stainless Steel Jacketed Reactor - Professional Chemical Processing Solutions 

The XI'AN BIOLAND stainless steel jacketed reactor is a high-quality thermal tank made for exact jobs like mixing, polymerization, and chemical synthesis. It has a strong double-wall construction, with an inner tank filled with reactants and an outer jacket that circulates heat media for accurate temperature control (±1°C). The sides of our reactor are electropolished (Ra ≤0.4µm) and made of high-quality SS304, SS316, or SS316L. It won't rust and meets GMP requirements. It comes in sizes from 10L to 20,000L, can handle temperatures from -80°C to +300°C, and can withstand pressures of up to 100 bar. It is better at handling thermal shock than choices sealed with glass, and it can still be cleaned to medicinal standards. There is a full quality check on every unit before it is sent out to make sure it meets ASME Section VIII and PED standards.

Controlled thermodynamic exchange between the process tank and jacket space is how the stainless steel jacketed reactor works.

Temperature Regulation Process:

The jacket space is filled with thermal media like water, steam, oil, or glycol. In exothermic processes, cooling fluid takes in the extra heat. In endothermic processes, heating media move energy around to keep reaction temperatures at the best level.

Agitation Mechanism:

The motor-driven propeller technology makes sure that the mixing is even. Different blade configurations can handle viscosities ranging from solvents with low viscosity to polymers with high viscosities of up to 500,000 cPs.

Pressure Management:

The sealed box keeps the weather under control. For processes that need oxygen, vacuum procedures remove the air. Pressurized devices make it easier for gas-to-liquid processes to happen, like hydrogenation.
