Working Principle
Ultrasound cavitation and advanced wet separation technology are used together in our protein extraction machine to effectively break up cell structures. As soon as the raw materials are put into the extraction tank, protein bonds are broken from fibre and starch structures through controlled pH changes.
Ultrasonic waves make tiny bubbles that burst rapidly, creating high-pressure areas that break down cell walls without using heat. The protein is then put through steps of precise filtering that separate the solid parts from the liquid extract.
The protein-rich solution then goes to the concentration module. Here, low-temperature evaporation gets rid of the extra solvent while keeping the beneficial properties. A two-condenser device collects and reuses chemicals, which lowers the cost of doing business.
Real-time readings of temperature, pressure, and flow rates are taken by PLC sensors throughout the cycle. The system changes the settings automatically to keep the best conditions for extraction, so the quality of each batch of product is the same.

Process Flow
Step 1: Raw Material Preparation
You put plant or animal matter that has already been cleaned into the feed hopper. The device instantly moves the materials to the extraction tank.
Step 2: Solvent Addition & pH Adjustment
It adds an extraction liquid (like water, ethanol, or special solvents) and changes the pH to the right level so that the proteins can dissolve as much as possible.
Step 3: Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction
Ultrasonic probes with a high frequency work for 24 to 40 minutes. At 40–60°C, cavitation breaks down cell walls, letting proteins escape into the solvent phase.

Step 4: Solid-Liquid Separation
The liquid is sent to units that filter or spin it. High-speed decanters quickly separate liquids that are high in proteins from fibre leftovers with little loss.
Step 5: Concentration & Purification
Vacuum evaporators are used to concentrate the liquid at low temperatures. Solvents that have drained can be recycled with dual condensers.
Step 6: Optional Precipitation
To make protein isolate, acids or bases are added to the system to start isoelectric precipitation. Proteins clump together and separate from sugars and other toxins.
Step 7: Discharge & CIP Cleaning
The finished item instantly releases. Integrated CIP spray balls clean all touch areas without taking the system apart by hand. This gets it ready for the next batch.
