Working Principle
The hemp extraction centrifuge operates on advanced solid-liquid separation mechanics optimized for botanical compounds.
Phase 1: Cryogenic Washing
Alcohol that has already been chilled to -40°C to -80°C fills the biomass room. The system starts a gentle two-way mixing motion, which brings the liquid and plant material into close touch. With this controlled instability, cannabinoids and terpenes are stripped away, and the freezing temperature keeps fats and waxes solid, so they don't dissolve.
Phase 2: High-Speed Separation
When the extraction is done, the Variable Frequency Drive speeds up to its highest speed. The cannabinoid-rich liquid is pushed through the filter mesh by centrifugal forces (1000–2000 x g), which also press the biomass against the room wall. The mechanical process squeezes the remaining solvent out of the plant fibres, recovering more than 97% of the liquid.
Phase 3: Discharge & Recovery
The cleaned extract drains into your gathering jar through the valve at the bottom. The used biomass stays dry and small in the filter bag, and it can be easily removed by opening the zipper. All vapour is collected by the closed-loop design, which keeps your team safe and your liquid store full.

Process Flow
Step 1: Preparation
Put the dried, ground hemp material into the filter bag with the zipper. Close the lid and put the bag inside the jacketed room.
Step 2: Solvent Introduction
Chill your ethanol ahead of time to the temperature you want. Add liquid to the chamber until all of the biomass is covered with it. You can check coverage in the viewing window.
Step 3: Extraction Cycle
On the PLC interface, set the wash time, which is usually between 5 and 15 minutes. The system does preset forward and backward spins at a slow speed, which maximizes compound transfer without picking up too much chlorophyll.
Step 4: Separation Cycle
When the VFD senses high-speed spin, it speeds up instantly. Look out the window to see the liquid clear up and drain. Vibration sensors constantly check the balance and make any necessary adjustments automatically.
Step 5: Biomass Removal
You can open the lid and take the filter bag off. The dry biomass cake comes out easily and can be thrown away or used for more processing.
Step 6: CIP Cleaning
Use the built-in spray tubes to fill the chamber with new cleaning or chemical solution. This keeps GMP compliance between runs without having to scrub by hand.
