Working Principle

The Reactor Temperature Controller employs a closed-loop feedback control mechanism, achieving precise temperature management through a complete control cycle of "sensing-analysis-regulation-feedback"

1. Refrigeration system: using a compressor refrigeration cycle, combined with components such as condenser and evaporator, to achieve a low-temperature environment by absorbing heat through the phase change of refrigerant. For example, low temperatures of -40 ℃ typically require two-stage compression or cascade refrigeration systems

2. Heating system: heated by electric heating elements or thermal oil/water medium, combined with PID controller to achieve rapid temperature rise and temperature stability

3. Circulation system: The built-in pump drives the medium (water, thermal oil, ethylene glycol solution) to circulate between the equipment and the testing chamber, ensuring temperature uniformity

4. Control system: using PLC or single-chip microcontroller to integrate PID algorithm, fuzzy control, etc., real-time collection of temperature sensor data, dynamic adjustment of cooling/heating power, supporting remote monitoring and data recording

5.
