Low pressure (0.3–0.7 MPa) and controlled temperatures (20–40℃) make our system work. Water is used as a safe, environmentally friendly solution. This industrial-grade equipment works in a completely sealed, oxygen-free environment that protects bioactive chemicals that are sensitive to heat while getting rid of harmful organic fluid leftovers. Working Principle

The method takes advantage of the way water behaves thermodynamically when conditions are managed. By keeping certain pressure and temperature levels, the dielectric properties of water can change to dissolve target chemicals well.

How to Do It Step by Step:

  • Pressure Buildup: To keep the water in liquid form, the extraction tank is covered and under pressure.
  • Temperature Control: Precise heating devices bring water to the right temperature for extraction.
  • Mass Transfer: The changed water gets into the raw materials and breaks down beneficial substances.
  • Target molecules move from the solid matrix to the liquid phase. This is called compound migration.
  • Separation: The water with extracts in it is sent to vessels for separation, where a drop in pressure causes compound precipitation.
  • Solvent Recovery: The water is put back into the system to be used again.

The fully sealed shape keeps oxidation from happening. This keeps heat-sensitive parts safe during the whole process.
